The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering established with an aim to spearhead the installation of world class technologically advanced and highly sophisticated laboratories like Electrical Machines laboratory, Power Electronics laboratory, Electric Circuits laboratory, Control Systems laboratory, Measurements and Instrumentations laboratory, Process Control laboratory and Modeling and Simulation laboratory.
The department provides software’s like MATLAB R14, NI Lab VIEW, PSIM, NI Multi Sim, Active HDL and Process Control Simulator to enrich the students in their modeling and simulation skills.
A Laboratory has been set up to utilize the free open source software (FOSS) posted – which includes SCILAB and ESIM.
